Presented to the outstanding neighborhood leader that makes a difference by
helping develop and accomplish neighborhood goals, combined with and active
involvement in other local organizations.
2008 Neighborhood Association of the Year:
Presented to the association that consistently promotes fellowship among
neighbors, organizes events and projects that bring the neighborhood
together and addresses the residents' special needs and concerns.
