Grind 1/2 cup of the Chocolate Chips in Food Processor.
Fold in the whole & ground-up chips.
Bake in greased Bundt Pan at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
*May substitute Chocolate Cake Mix for Yellow Cake Mix for more rich chocolate.

Slow Cooker Taco Chili
Ingredients:
•1 pound lean Ground Beef
•2 15-ounce cans seasoned tomato sauce with diced tomatoes
•1 15-ounce can chili beans with chili gravy
•1 15-ounce can (hominy or whole kernel corn), un-drained
•1 1.25-ounce package taco seasoning mix
Directions:
•Cook ground beef in large skillet until meat is brown, drain off fat.
•Put the meat, tomato sauce, beans with chili gravy, un-drained (hominy or corn), and taco seasoning mix in a 3 ½ or 4 quart slow cooker.
•Cover and cook on Low-Heat setting for 4 to 6 hours or on High-Heat setting for 2 to 4 hours.
•Extra Option:-Top it with cheese or sprinkle with corn chips
•Makes 4 to 6 main-dish servings (8 cups).

Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
2 T good olive oil
1 T light brown sugar
1/2 T kosher salt, plus extra for sprinkling
1/2 T freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Cut the sweet potatoes into long spears, place on sheet pan & toss with oil.
Combine brown sugar, salt & pepper & sprinkle on potatoes.
Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
Sprinkle lightly with salt & serve hot.

Broccoli Salad
Ingredients:
10 slices bacon
5 heads fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 Cup red onion, chopped
1 Cup raisins
3 T White wine vinegar
2 T Sugar
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Cup raw sunflower seeds
In large bowl, combine the broccoli, onion & raisins.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar & mayonnaise.
Pour over broccoli mixture & toss until well mixed.
Refrigerate for at least two hours.
Fry bacon over medium high heat until evenly brown.
Drain, crumble & add to salad with sunflower seeds before serving.
